This new platform will provide a more user-friendly experience.

STLE has been looking at how to enhance offerings so members have access to content in a more user-friendly form. We have now launched STLE’s learning management system, which you can access at www.pathlms.com/stle.

Members can use the new online learning platform to find a variety of educational resources specific to what you need to learn or enhance your professional development. This platform features new opportunities to accrue learning experiences and expand your skillset through unique learning opportunities. The system offers the following:
Upcoming live and previously recorded webinars
Learning Pathways (available later this year)
Short courses
Industry Insights
Annual Meeting digital proceedings.

STLE offers more than 100 products in the library. It’s easy to explore learning options by topic as well. When you click on one of the topics, it will take you to the products under that category. As a reminder for webinars, pricing for members is $39 and $59 for nonmembers. All will have access for 60 days.

STLE Learning Pathways provides a roadmap to the knowledge needed by the technically competent lubrication specialist or oil analyst and is useful as you prepare for the STLE Certified Lubrication Specialist™ (CLS) and Certified Oil Monitoring Analyst I™ and II™ (OMA I and II) certifications. Currently there is not a pathway for the STLE Certified Metalworking Fluids Specialist™ (CMFS) certification, but it is in development. Again, STLE Learning Pathways will be available later in the year.

One additional benefit that the learning management system offers members—you will be able to track what courses you have purchased and are currently viewing. This will be printable, too, if you’d like to have on record or share with your company.

STLE Industry Insights is a monthly virtual event series available for free to STLE members. These events provide a forum for members to collaborate with STLE industry peers and experts on a specific topic. The presenter gives a brief presentation, then facilitates conversation by asking discussion questions and providing actionable takeaways. For more information, visit https://bit.ly/STLE_Industry_Insights.

This year, STLE introduced a digital proceedings collection of technical presentations from the 2022 STLE Annual Meeting in Orlando, Fla. This digital resource offers the opportunity for members of the global tribology and lubricants community to experience the meeting content more fully. For more information, visit www.pathlms.com/stle/courses/42988.
