Next year, TLT will be giving members another great benefit.
Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates wrote an essay in 1996 titled “Content is King.” This has become a famous quote over time, especially related to content marketing. I agree with this quote to an extent. Content is meant to educate readers and communicate a message, and making it high quality is one of the most important things you can do. There are many places to read content nowadays, but it’s sometimes difficult to find a trusted source. Sometimes I think this quote needs to be amended to something like this:
Content from high-quality, verified sources is king. STLE is one of those trusted sources and has been looking for new, creative ways to expand on content-related membership benefits.
Related more to the society world, the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) developed a report titled “Association Content Strategies for a Changing World.” ASAE described the report in an article, stating, “Meaningful and useful content is the core of the association value proposition, but managing content strategically and effectively is a universal challenge.”1 These past few years have presented even more challenges, but TLT never stopped publishing valuable content each month. And now we’d like to give you even more.
