AN INVESTIGATION ON TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF GRAPHENE AND MoS2 NANOPARTICLES AS AN ADDITIVE IN AVIATION HYDRAULIC OIL
With the development of large aircraft in the field of civilian and military, electro-hydrostatic-actuator (EHA) plays an importance role in the hydraulic system. There are some parts in the Electro-Hydrostatic-Actuator (EHA), containing linear oscillating motor, reciprocating pump and hydraulic actuator. Recently, some
researchers [1-3] have proposed a novel linear oscillating motor, which can not only reduce the mover mass to improve the motor dynamics, but also leave more space for springs and bearings to achieve more compact size and improve the power density. However, due to start-stops condition and high frequency reciprocating motion, the sliding bearings, supporting mover tubes and submerged in the oil, tend to wear in the linear oscillating motor, which will cause the EHA efficiency to reduce.
